Telephone Support
We stand by our products and believe the best way to do that is to be there for you when you have a question. Technical support is available on all software programs we represent, giving you a first line of defense when an issue arises.
With years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, we welcome questions you may have on the best way to set up an account, run a report, run mailing labels, customize an invoice, or simply ask for tips or suggestions.
Regular customer service hours are 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Contact us by phone, email or fax us with any questions or issues you may have. By Design Solutions recognizes that when you really need support, it could be after hours. We do our best to support our clients when they need us. Dial-in Support
There are times when the support you need may require more than a phone call. You may need someone to take a closer look at your system and assess the situation. By Design Solutions utilizes remote access software that allows us to analyze and resolve problems for you. It’s like having your own specialized IT department for your accounting and business management systems. |

Onsite Support
By Design Solutions works with many of our clients to provide onsite support. From regularly scheduled quarterly visits, resolving technical issues or providing guidance with everyday operations, we’ll be there when you need us. |
